Here are the posts required by my friends & readers. This is a free of charge service for employee and employers aiming to let you know what are the requirements to be a security professional and to let the employers share what are the basic requirements for a security post. What experience and qualification would be required for a security post? Why it is so difficult to find an experience security employee in Hong Kong? Are the personnel agents do not know the requirements or do not know what knowledge should be obtained for being a security pro? These are the questions need to be considered. In the coming articles, I will address the basic requirement of being a security professional and why it so hard to find these candidates.

Perhaps the most important elements in successful careers in the security field are a commitment to lifelong learning and an interdisciplinary, wide-ranging curiosity. Security is an interesting field because it can benefit from so many different disciplines, including not only technical fields but also aspects of the human side of security.

Responsibilities:
Your role will primarily involve formulation, implementation and enforcement of information
security policies. The initial assignment will focus on the enhancement of information
security architecture and control environment to be implemented in the Bank's
transactional internet and electronic banking systems. In addition to issuance and

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The VP of International Business Development will be responsible for building a proactive and effective marketing/sales organization for XXX in the Asia Pacific region (territory includes Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and the South Pacific Islands).

Principal Accountabilities

·       Work with country sales managers and marketing executives in growing business profitably through development and implementation of world class marketing strategies, programs and practices across all product categories(Consultancy Services, Products Customization, System Integration, Corporate Training, Project Management and Support Services).

Experience and Knowledge

Key requirements for the Vice President of International Business Development will be a well-rounded skills set encompassing marketing, strategic business development and general management experience.  Breadth and depth of multiple country experience.  Demonstrated leadership roles.

1.      At least 10 years of solid sales and marketing experience and 5 years in the software, banking or related high transaction type of industry with a western multinational.

2.      Ideally has a strong technical background, and is firmly dedicated to the e-commerce space.

3.      Experience or demonstrated ability in leading a regional team of country managers.

4.      Understanding of how to integrate and maximize resources, build and leverage strategic partnerships.

5.      Classical marketing background with strong analytical abilities and quantitative discipline an advantage.
